Our Value Proposition

Data-driven engineering (site surveys, PVsyst energy-yield simulations, electrical/structural design).
Reliable supply chain with Tier-1 vendors (modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, batteries).
Fast-track execution with staged quality control (ITP—Inspection & Test Plan/checklists) and rigorous HSE.
Contract models aligned to the client’s balance sheet: EPC (CAPEX), PPA/lease, and hybrid Solar–Diesel–BESS.
KPI-based O&M and real-time monitoring (SCADA/portal) with SLAs and periodic reporting.

Technical Stack & Standards

PV Modules: Mono PERC / N‑Type TOPCon / HJT certified to IEC 61215 and IEC 61730; where applicable, environmental tests IEC 61701 (salt‑mist) and IEC 62716 (ammonia).

Inverters: String / Central compliant with IEC 62109‑1/‑2; grid‑code synchronisation and anti‑islanding per local utility requirements (e.g., DEWA/ADDC/SEWA/FEWA); integrated protections and AFCI where mandated.

Mounting & Structure: Aluminium / hot‑dip galvanised steel with wind/snow load calculations per EN 1991‑1‑4 or local codes; corrosion category assessment and appropriate hardware/coating selection; rooftop fire‑breaks and access paths.

Electrical Design:
Stringing and DC/AC ratio (ILR) typically 1.15–1.35, optimised for hot climates.
Cable sizing to meet voltage‑drop targets: ≤1.5% DC and ≤2.0% AC; DC isolators/fuses as required; Type II SPD on DC/AC; earthing & lightning to IEC 60364‑7‑712 / IEC 62305.
SLDs for LV/MV, protection coordination & selectivity study; bankable BoM and manufacturer data sheets.

QA/QC & Commissioning: IV‑curve testing, insulation/continuity, thermography; commissioning checklists and SAT prior to PAC; full documentation (As‑Built drawings & O&M manuals).

HSE: Safe systems of work for heights and electrical tasks, Permit‑to‑Work, LOTO, PPE and competency training; Zero‑LTI target and continuous HSE performance monitoring.

Data Intake: 12‑month utility bills, load profiles, roof/structural drawings, and site photo log.

Site Survey & Assessment: Shading analysis, cable routing and tray paths, access/safety/infrastructure review.

Feasibility (Pre‑FEED): Technical capacity, installation scenarios, order‑of‑magnitude CAPEX/OPEX, and economic model (LCOE, NPV/IRR).

Basic & Detailed Design: SLDs, layouts, string tables, electrical/structural calculations, and BoM/BoQ.

Approvals (Client & Authorities): Preparation of technical/HSE/organizational dossiers for NOC and grid‑interconnection approval.

Procurement & Logistics: Vendor selection, factory acceptance (FAT) where applicable, delivery planning and incoming‑goods QC.

Construction & Installation: Certified teams for work‑at‑height/electrical; full engineering supervision and method statements.

Commissioning / Provisional Acceptance: Electrical tests, functional checks and monitoring setup; operator training; SAT prior to PAC.

O&M & Optimization: Performance monitoring, scheduled PM/washing, KPI analytics (Availability, PR, Soiling), and periodic reporting.

Final Acceptance & Warranty: As‑Built documentation, O&M manuals, drawings and warranty pack; transition to steady‑state operations (FAC).

Standard Client Deliverables: PVsyst (Yield/PR), Layout/SLD drawings, cable/protection calculations, structural calculation book, BoQ/BoM, master schedule, HSE Plan, O&M Plan, and the Operations Handbook.
